It escapes many who live out life getting accustomed to a lower vitality than possible- all for lack of a simple but effective remedy. What even more are not be aware of is there is a way to multiply the benefits of the water you're drinking.
We'll get to some surprising things about that in a moment, but first, I invite you to consider this-
It's time to wake up to the fact that it makes more sense to clean your hands with a typical "energy drink" than it does the cells inside you that keep you well.
The world seems to be flooded with beverages that can seriously violate ones health with continued use (sodas, etc.) or others that most of us have been trained to call energy drinks.
I say "trained" because it's interesting that if an item is present with a name and that name becomes common usage, it can become known as that even if the description is anything but accurate.
Think of "artificial grass" which is not grass at all. Now think of "energy drinks".
Remember, if you are engaging in a sport, (or anything that is moving your body for that matter) all of that activity groups lactic acid- the very thing that creates the burning or soreness that we associate with over-exertion.
That sensation is your body talking. Drinking a typical energy drink at this point would be hydrating with something that is typically quite acidic -just the opposite of the oxygen-rich water your inner-terrain needs if it is to operate well.

There are some things you just want to get right, and the inner-territory of those 100 trillion cells you carry around is one of them, though for a lot of people it's "out of site-out of mind". That's a big mistake, and while we could have pretended the oil in our car is not black after 30,000 miles of not changing it, the fact is that it's shortening the life of the engine and not performing as it could.
Since our bodies naturally perform better with a more balanced pH, (which without your eating a LOT of raw greens, usually means moving ourselves away from acidity), it would make better sense to hydrate with alkaline water that would benefit the problem, rather than add even more acidity.
Make sense? There is a water alternative that changes health for good. (Those who must have something with taste once in a while, hang on, because there's a solution here for that too).
Now consider that when you are engaging in any activity that makes you perspire, you are not just losing water or energy drinks, you are sweating out a kind of soup that contains a wide variety of minerals.
The Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, GA .. says approximately 100,000 youngsters as well as pros die each year from cardio-vascular disorders as a result of sports. That is about twice the number of people that lose their lives on American highways in a year.
According to the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, "Some of the physiologic roles of minerals are important to athletes are their involvement in: muscle contraction, normal heart rhythm, nerve impulsation conduction, oxygen transport, oxidative processes, enzyme activation, immune functions , antioxidant activity, bone health, and acid-base balance of the blood. "
That's important even if you do not play sports. We know many of these are called "essential minerals" because if any number of them are missing for a length of time, it can and will cause problems – many of which are life threatening. That's why exercise without mineral supplementation is a negative, not a positive. It's a lot like running your car hot without anything to counter the heat.
At the very least, losing minerals or not getting them in a fashion where they can be absorbed easily will not give your body the raw materials to perform as it otherwise could. Obviously, so called sports or energy drinks with 2 or 3 minerals added are not going to make up for the deficit.
Remember, you do not have to be an athlete to sweat. You could be working in a garden, or on a house, or doing any number of things. Remember, chronological age is different than biological age, and biological age is something you, with the right kind of water can change.
If you want to stay healthy or want to make a difference for others who want to be, it will mean understanding that to be at your best level of health will mean getting the natural remedy of raw materials everyday, and many of the fundamental ones are minerals- without which, vitamins would be useless.

Well, let's just say that the best natural cure to anything is the 100% function of all bodily tissue. It's also interesting that the best energy drink there is, is not even called one.
